Franklin's House Beers
Our beers are made in house from fresh natural ingredients using a Boheminan Brewhouse.  The beer is unfiltered, but we use an english yeast strain that is highly flocculant so we need no clearing agents and the beer is served to you as naturally as possible.  We have Charles' Friggin Firkins on Fridays, which is a beer naturally carbonated in the firkin (that's the keg sitting behind the bar) and sometimes dry-hopped, depending on the style, for that added hop aroma.  Cheers!

Bombshell Blond Ale
This golden ale is nicely balanced between the hops and malt and is our lightest beer.

Twisted Turtle Pale Ale
This light amber ale has english hops to create our version of what the english call a best bitter.  There is
enough malt to balance the hops and make the beer smooth and very drinkable.

Private "I" Pale Ale
This dark golden colored ale is highly hopped using Magnum hops making it plenty bitter but the malt
sweetness is high enough to pleasingly balance the massive amount of hops.  The alcohol content is a little higher
than usual in this beer.

Flagship ESB
This dark amber colored ale is is malty sweet but balanced by a large amount of english hops that
give this beer a dry finish.

General Stout
An opaque beer in the style of guinness, that is roasty but not heavy and well hopped.  Delicious malt body with
a dry finish.

Downtown Brown Ale
A malt accented beer with enough hops to balance the sweetness and a nice medium brown color.

Anarchy Ale
Rubber Chicken Red
